Course 2: Whomp's Fortress:
Climb up this towering level to reach the top where lots of challenge awaits!

Star One, "Chip off Whomp's Block": This Star is a relatively simple one to
      get. In order to get this star, you must travel to the top of the mountain,
     where there will be a huge whomp wall. Go in front of him to make him try
       to smash you, but quickly run out of the way. While he's lying down,
     pound on his back (Jump + Z Button). Repeat this two more times to get a
 star.

Star Two, "To the top of the fortress": For this star, you must go to the top
     of the fortress! The fortress is located on top of the mountain, where you
previously battled the Whomp.

Star Three, "Shoot into the wild blue": Before you can get this star, you
      must get the cannon set up on this level. This can be done by talking to
       the the pink bob-omb that you will find near the shallow water. After
     setting up the cannon, hop into it, for it is right next to the pink bob-omb.
     Aim it to the left a little, where you will see a platform with a pole extending
     from it. Underneath this platform, there is another platform, which is a little
     smaller. Aim for this platform. Once you are on this, you will see the star.

Star Four, "Red Coins on the Floating Isle": Here we go again, collecting
      eight red coins. They should not be hard to find. As suggested by the
     name, a few of the coins are located on the floating island. This island can
      be reached by going to the top of the mountain and long-jumping (it's
      actually a series of islands). Another star you may not see is one that is
     above a blue whomp. When climbing up a stairway, there is a whomp on
      one of the steps. Go to the step above him, and when he comes down,
       jump on top of him. There is a coin up here. The rest of the coins are
   pretty straight forward.

Star Five, "Fall onto the caged island": When you enter the level, you will
     be standing near a tree. Climb this tree, and suddenly an owl will pop out.
      Talk to the owl, and then jump on to him. He allows you to fly with him.
     Have him guide you up into the air where there is a suspended cage with
       a star inside. All you have to do is fly over the cage, and fall right in.

Star Six, "Blast Away the Wall": This one is a rather difficult star for the
       second level. Enter the only cannon on this level. (See Star 3 for the
      location). Turn it right, and you will see two walls, with a spinning plank
      between them. Aim for the upper corner of the right-hand wall. Fire, and
     when you hit, the wall will burst open revealing a star. To get the star, go
          up the mountain, and slide down the wall where the star is.

Star Seven: Collect 100 Coins. Don't forget about the blue stomp box and all the
coins whomps give you!
